The Residents’ Club is for personal use only, and Members are not permitted to use their membership for commercial or business purposes.

Any violation of the Residents’ Club Terms and Conditions is a basis for Us to limit, suspend, terminate or otherwise sanction the rights and the benefits to which a Member would otherwise be entitled as part of their membership of the Residents’ Club.

7. Reduced Fare Benefits

Membership of the Residents’ Club will allow Members to benefit from Reduced Fare Benefits.

The Reduced Fare Benefits are:

  • Free Return Crossings: Three (3) free return crossings per Member per calendar year; and
  • 20% Off: Twenty percent (20%) off a further two (2) return crossings per Member per calendar year (the “20% Off“).

Reduced Fare Benefits may not be used in conjunction with any other offers or fare reductions which are not specific to the Residents’ Club.

Members may use some or all of their entitlement to the 20% Off benefit for friends and family.  Please be aware that if You provide other people with your membership number and a booking is made using this 20% Off, such bookings will count towards, and use up, Your entitlement.  We will treat any booking by a third party using your membership number to obtain Your 20%  Off benefit as being an authorisation by you for them to use your entitlement.

Members must provide their membership number at the time of booking.  Where a Member does not provide their membership number at the time of booking, the full fare advertised for the booked journey shall apply.

Reduced Fare Benefits apply to travel only on the Atlantic Wolff ferry service which operates to and from St Mary’s.

All bookings are subject to the availability of tickets for the relevant journey and all travel is subject to Our Terms and Conditions of Carriage including the rules regarding cancellation and amendment and, where applicable, this may involve the payment of an administrative fee. The costs of such administrative fees are not included in your Reduced Fare Benefit. Where you are entitled to cancel a booking then this will be reflected in your remaining Reduced Fare Benefit available.

If your booked ferry is cancelled (including where due to adverse weather conditions) a Member may transfer a ticket booked using the Reduced Fare Benefit to an alternative date or time (subject always to availability and Our Terms and Conditions of Carriage), or the ticket will be cancelled and the entitlement to a ticket using Reduced Fare Benefit will be credited back to the Member so it can be used at another time during the year.

Reduced Fare Benefits are only valid for the year in which they are awarded.

The value of Reduced Fare Benefits is determined by Scilly Ferries at its sole discretion and may vary from time to time.

8. Ending Your Membership

We may limit, suspend, terminate or otherwise sanction your membership and the benefits to which you are entitled if you violate the Residents’ Club Terms and Conditions or Our Terms and Conditions of Carriage.
